What Is SplitVote?
SplitVote is a platform where you vote on moral dilemmas and see how the rest of the world answered. No lectures, no right answers — just real splits.
SplitVote is a platform built around one idea: moral dilemmas reveal things about you that abstract questions do not. Not personality quizzes. Not surveys. A vote between two real options — each with a genuine cost.
Every question on SplitVote is a genuine dilemma. There is no objectively right answer. The point is to choose — and then see how the rest of the world landed.
How it works
- –Pick a dilemma — classic philosophy thought experiments, AI ethics puzzles, everyday loyalty conflicts.
- –Choose one of two options. No explanation required.
- –See the live result: how the split breaks down among everyone who voted.
- –Vote on more dilemmas to build up your moral personality profile.
What you get from voting
Each vote updates live result percentages. Some dilemmas split almost exactly 50/50. Others go 80/20. Both are interesting — for different reasons.
After three or more votes, you can sign in to unlock your moral personality profile: which of 18 archetypes fits your pattern of choices best.
Who is it for?
Anyone who finds it interesting to sit with a hard choice. There are no prizes, no rankings, no social pressure. Just dilemmas and live data from real people who voted.
You can vote without an account. Results are public. SplitVote is an independent project based in Italy.
SplitVote is for entertainment and aggregate curiosity — not a scientific study or psychological assessment.
