These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Sì: la giustizia per le vittime vale più della mia privacy genetica” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “No: il mio DNA non può diventare uno strumento investigativo senza il mio consenso esplicito” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
