Why this dilemma matters
These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Firmi l'accordo: ottieni il risarcimento economico e chiudi la vicenda, anche se l'uso continua” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “Rifiuti l'accordo: difendi il controllo sulla tua opera, rinunciando a qualsiasi compenso” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
