Why this dilemma matters
These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Sì: il clima è un'emergenza collettiva e i sacrifici personali sono necessari e giusti” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “No: limitare la libertà di movimento colpisce soprattutto chi ha meno alternative economiche” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
