Every new capability quietly removes a previous choice — the question is whether that trade is worth it. Choosing “Investi nel junior: crescita lenta, ma costruisci competenze umane e dai un futuro a una persona” prioritises what the system makes easy; choosing “Adotti l'IA: efficienza immediata, ma privi un giovane dell'esperienza che lo avrebbe formato” gives more weight to what it makes invisible.
