Why this dilemma matters
These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Rispetti la legge e segnali la loro presenza, anche se li esponi al freddo e al pericolo” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “Disobbedisci in silenzio e proteggi la loro incolumità, assumendoti il rischio legale” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
