These choices are rarely between good and bad — they are between different distributions of harm. Choosing “Sì: il sistema esiste, è legale e i fondi finanziano reali progetti verdi” prioritises rules that hold everyone the same; choosing “No: autorizzare equivale a legittimare una scappatoia per chi può permettersela” gives more weight to choices that account for difference.
