These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Esigi il ritiro dell'opera: la tua voce artistica non può essere strumento di messaggi che rinneghi” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “Lasci circolare l'opera: una volta ceduta, appartiene al mondo e non puoi controllarne il significato” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
