These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Rivendico l'opera: è mia, indipendentemente da chi l'ha usata” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “La rinnego: associare il mio nome a quella causa tradisce chi sono” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
