Why this dilemma matters
Technology rarely asks for permission once it works, so the ethics has to land before deployment. Choosing “Sì. Le istituzioni hanno bisogno di outsider per rompere il pensiero di gruppo” prioritises the capability it unlocks; choosing “No. La competenza non è un pregiudizio solo perché è istituzionale” gives more weight to the agency it costs.
