Why this dilemma matters
Every new capability quietly removes a previous choice — the question is whether that trade is worth it. Choosing “Protect the team, even if the company becomes less competitive” prioritises what the system makes easy; choosing “Use AI, even if loyal coworkers lose their roles” gives more weight to what it makes invisible.
