Why this dilemma matters
These choices ask how much risk a society should accept so people can decide for themselves. Choosing “Accetta la formazione per rendere tutti piu preparati” prioritises fewer restrictions now; choosing “Rifiuta l'obbligo per proteggere la liberta personale” gives more weight to fewer regrets later.
