Why this dilemma matters
No legal answer is the same as a moral answer here — both have to be argued. Choosing “Pass it. Less concentration is worth the redistribution” prioritises the strict rule; choosing “Block it. Choosing winners and losers like this is wrong, even when the math works” gives more weight to a context-aware exception.
