Why this dilemma matters
These dilemmas put rules and circumstances against each other and demand a verdict. Choosing “Condividi i dati con le colleghe colpite, anche se hai firmato un accordo di riservatezza” prioritises the letter of the law; choosing “Segnali la disparità in forma anonima alla direzione, accettando che potrebbe non cambiare nulla” gives more weight to the spirit behind it.
