Why this dilemma matters
No legal answer is the same as a moral answer here — both have to be argued. Choosing “Sì: le regole valgono per tutti, altrimenti il sistema perde credibilità e giustizia” prioritises the strict rule; choosing “No: la rigidità cieca tradisce lo spirito della regola e nega la dignità umana” gives more weight to a context-aware exception.
