Why this dilemma matters
No legal answer is the same as a moral answer here — both have to be argued. Choosing “Firmo: la mia situazione è reale e urgente, non posso sacrificarmi per principio” prioritises the strict rule; choosing “Rifiuto: accettare legittima un sistema che sfrutta chi è in posizione debole” gives more weight to a context-aware exception.
