Why this dilemma matters
Justice questions ask whether the law, fairness, or mercy should lead the call. Choosing “Le curo comunque: il bisogno immediato supera il modo in cui è arrivata qui” prioritises equal treatment for all; choosing “La rimando in lista: cedere ora legittima chi aggira le regole” gives more weight to proportionate response to one case.
