Choosing “Accettabile: produce benefici ambientali concreti anche se chi inquina paga per farlo” prioritises the strict rule; choosing “Inaccettabile: permette ai ricchi di comprare il diritto di danneggiare il pianeta” gives more weight to a context-aware exception.
