Why this dilemma matters
These dilemmas put rules and circumstances against each other and demand a verdict. Choosing “I dati pubblici sono un bene comune: chiunque può usarli, anche per profitto commerciale” prioritises the letter of the law; choosing “Chi ha creato i contenuti ha diritto a una quota del valore economico generato dall'IA” gives more weight to the spirit behind it.
