Why this dilemma matters
No legal answer is the same as a moral answer here — both have to be argued. Choosing “Sì. L'accesso per milioni conta più della perfetta equità” prioritises the strict rule; choosing “No. La competizione perde senso se il denaro compra potere” gives more weight to a context-aware exception.
